So far, I have found the best place for Linen and wool is in the mine in Stonetalon mountains.  TONS of it.  And on your way there, kill the spiders and get the spider silk.  You will need it.

For Silk, there is no better place than Scarlet Monastory. 

I am working on Mageweave right now, and when i find the best place, i will post it.

Mageweave can be gotton in Tanaris.  especially in the Lost Diggers Cove to the East and also at any of the "people" outposts.
