there is a vendor in Shattrath City depending on whether your Aldor or Scryers, and they will grant you the corresponding item of your choice
For T4 and T5 the vendors are in Shatt. It changes for T6. Vendor (Tydormu) is actually in the starting instance for Mount Hyjal.
