This was covered in the patch notes on the WoW community site, but i've not seen it mentioned here so i figured i'd bring it up. As of the patch that added zul'aman, you can learn how to track fishing nodes - that is, schools of fish like Oily Blackmouths and Firefin Snappers. The patch notes say that the ability is learned from a journal that sometimes can be found in the boxes you occasionally "catch" while fishing. Said journal requires 100 fishing to use, is BoP, and is consumed on use. I found mine while fishing in the wetlands. Hope this helps.

esasiest place to find this is in the boxes found from the 'Floating wreckage' and 'oil spills' found in the deforested parts of stonetallon mountains, they are everywhere
