i am lvl 238 in first aid how can i learn to make them?

Go back to the trainer in Hammerfall,  Doctor Gregory Victor I think ...Speak to him and you can learn .. however I am not sure if you need to have a certain amount of skill before you can do so =)

but i am alliance were can i learn it then?

Trying to think back, I'm pretty sure it's the guy in Theramore, (Dustwallow Marsh)

I am also stuck at lvl 239.  I had completed the quest in Theramore and things seemed ok, but now I am finding myself stuck.  I went back to the trainer in Theramore, and he said I had learned everything he could teach me.  Any suggestions?
