Any anyway. Pallies are one of the most bitch classes to beat. But there are ways to do it.
1) Like alot of people have been saying, if he shields, take advantage of it. Resto's can throw down Mana Tide without fear of it getting smacked, Elems can GW up and get some range, and Enh can heal themselves.
2) Yes, purge is your friend against most pallies. The Ret ones are immune to it for the most part, so ignore it there. Resto shammies should FS kite with the occasional lightning bolt/chain lightning, Elem should pound away with as much burst damage as possible (The NS Elem spec helps here with an instant LB =P) and Enhancement shammies should actualy, instead of staying within range of their destruction, get a nice, fat 2h and smack them only occasionally...then run past them. Basically, kite them. Run in, smack, FS, run out. If you're feeling bold, use SS ES. Otherwise, have fun.
3) If he pops his lay on hands...he's screwing himself. Seriously, he drops pretty much all of his dps. This is where you pop -your- cooldowns...fire elemental, bloodlust, Ehancements get Shaman Rage...and slaughter them in seconds.
I'm not sure how well this will all work. But I hate pallies, and it seems to be how I kill them off.
