Mana is key.
As a enhancement shaman I've found that in order 2 beat a pally u have 2 preserve ur mana. Dont try 2 take him down in a second, purge and keep hitting him, stormstrike and lightning/water shield are manaefficient, save the shocks.
Eventually he will bubble and heal up, u do the same.
After that go 2 town with him(but save Shamanistic Rage), if he uses lay hands use Shamanistic Rage. This might not be enough, and u loose. But then he has an hour cooldown on lay hands so u will beat him in the next duel :P
The principle is that u can out dps him, but u have to have answers to his defense skills. His bubble is your bubble, but that doesnt help much if u dont have mana 2 heal urself.
