How can I get big $ with Leatherworking for a lvl 23 night elf hunter? Where should I go to get $ with skinning?

Leatherworking does not make you lots of $$$ until you get to Outlands and get armor-kit patterns and bag patterns.I dont know why the big misconception,if you wanted LW to make you money at lower levels you picked a skilled proffesion.What this means is that the materials you need to make the finished product will sell for more $$$ than the finished product.However you can make great money with skinning as this is a gathering proffesion.Try to focus only on killing beast mobs and skin everything.Also caves such as the Yeti caves have questers that can't skin questing there.For example go to Tarren Mill and a lil SW of there is a Yeti cave,most of the time you can skin others kills and your own.

I made about 10G just from Light Quivers about 27S each. Idk how, but still. Once you get to about to skill lvl 100 make The Dark Leather Pants and Vest and sell for about 85S-1G. This is how I made most of my $...

Jack is right, if you want to make lots of gold, you should take two gathering prof's like skinning and mining.  LW until over 300 is to skill up, not really make alot of gold.  Thick leather is going for about 12g a stack on my server right now.  So you have to decide, do I sell off the stacks I just got to make gold or make gear that won't sell for half that and skill up?
