I just started playing this game again and I still dont know how to get the lockpick skill for my lvl 25 rouge. Can someone PLEASE help me and tell me how?!

You get it at level 16 from your Rogue Trainer.

link doesnt help...it says im suppose to get from trainer at 16 but when i go to any trainer it doesnt work

So you didn't read this on the 2nd paragraph under strategy:

"Most Alliance Rogues' best chance to get their skill up to snuff will be at level 16-20 (after getting the Pick Lock skill) in a place called Alther's Mill in the Redridge Mountains region where there is a quest to lockpick a series of chests to find a quest item. These chests respawn quickly and may be practiced upon from 1-100 skill (though this is capped at 80 if the rogue goes there while still level 16). Horde Rogues can gain early levels from an equivalent quest on the ship off the Merchant Coast, south of Ratchet."

Which with some common sense, it would have lead you to do some simple research to lead you to either quest:

I recently started an Orc Rogue. Level 23 now. This is the quest line for lockpicking. http://thottbot.com/q2381. The last part of the 4 part chain is called: Plundering the Plunderers. You can sit there and raise your lockpicking to 85. Obviously I am horde, you didn't say what race you were.

um, no, thottbotman, you did not. I've started a rogue in the last week, and there's no lockpicking available at level 3; training is every two levels, before 60.

as others have noted, there's a quest line later on that leads to lockpicking. The first part of the quest line doesn't LOOK like it'll end up giving lockpicking, so don't just ignore quests your trainers are offering.
