if you want rep with them you gotta kill blood elves. doesnt matter if its a npc or player, both will give you rep. the rewards are awesome. the broken can be found in outland and shattrah. the rewards are worth it so go try! if you get exalted with them you will be able to play one. they have very improved racials. almost 300% better than the normal draeneis. they are a bit more slower though coz they are older.
