when the burning crusade came out it had different release dats for certain areas... it cam out 12 days after it was said to be out and thus by the time anyone from my area got it there were allready 70 there (some people have no life)so stop fighing about when it comes out some dates could be diifferent

If you all would go to you tube and watch all the videos on it you would know that WOTLK comes out in nov of 08 "the head dev said that is the projected time for it and they expect no problems with it"
So this sept BS is just that BS it will not be realsed till nov 08 or later, so get a life and quit fighting over when it comes out.

You're a dumb ass. Not that it has never happened...But I have NEVER seen a game's release date being a Saturday. Anyway, the US release date is TBA. That means they don't know yet. It is possible that any/all your guesses are right, but c'mon it is still an unknown. and as for trailers on youtube or anything else...look who posts them, it isn't blizz; it isn't real.

Vivendi's released a press release with their earnings for the first quarter of 2008. Guys, there is NO WAY it's coming out in '08. There's a small chance, but I wouldn't count on it. It's just not going to happen. It was announced in late summer of 2007, and huge video games usually are anounced AT LEAST 2 years in advance. The Nintendo Wii was announced about 3 years before release, and even then, it didn't have a name yet. If you look carefully at pre-order dates on sites you can buy it from, you would notice it usually says the release hasn't been announced, so they estimate the release date and price. I know alot of you are excited, but think about it. Calm down, and enjoy the Burning Crusade. If you have all level 70 characters and have done everything in the game, start a new character or maybe take a break for a while. If you keep focusing on the new expansion, it will take forever to come out. So chill, grab a soda, and try something new. Try starting a hunter and taming rare pets, or play a class you never have before. You never know what could get you distracted. Before you know it, it'll be a week before the release, and you'll be glad you relaxed.

Yeah but the wii was a whole new, completely original system with stuff we haven't seen in videogames ever so ofcorse the wii took forever but this is an expansion, expansions shouldn't take forever to come out. I'm guessing that WotLK is coming out anytime between september 08' to sometime in spring 09' but probably before xmas so that blizz will get more money and also because some new MMOs are coming out and they want to make people focus on WoW as soon as possible :D.
