just drop yesterday 8:00 pm server time i was farming alone like 5 min then  see a fire mage whic BT gear i asking if she can help me, i only try to get the plan and she motes or air only kill 5 and the plan drop i was 363 bs and the plans is bop and 365 then farm for 1 hour to hope the ragesteel helm drop but only get a lot of motes of air
