Whats the lowest recomended lvl to spec boomkin and still be an effective lvl grinder, im currently 47

first of all it's Moonkin. second the lowest lvl you should wait to get Moonkin is 41

moonkin boomkin doomkin moonking.....its all the same. and i would agree. if your going to switch....do it at 41
