ok so im a priest lev 70 and i want to arena i got the full glad to start. I already know that i want to be disc but i need a good talent build also i need to know is improved power word shield and aurmor improved is good i dont think so but i want to know.

Reflective shield is great because it's basically free damage on a spell you're using anyway. I really don't think Improved Inner Fire is worth a whole lot compared to a lot of the other talents, same with Enlightenment. If you can get yourself to remember to use Power Infusion and Pain Suppression at the right times, they're Godly for when you get ganked early.
As for a lot of the rest of the talents, it really depends. You may decide that maxing out Spell Warding is more useful than the points in Blessed Recovery, but that decision probably more depends on the type of teams you're going up against and the composition of your team.
I'm sure others with more arena experience can fine tune as they see fit.

o yea i go with the same spec for arena...plz dont tell me im a moron:P i just dont like the CDs for disc. and i can stay alive relitively well with my spec
FWIW, that build is pretty good for arena AFAICT, but it's considerably sub-optimal for Karazhan unless you're over- geared.
Basically, a spec like that will give you high amounts of survivability, but it will also severely nerf your healing output and longevity. I PVE, survivability is less of an issue (as priets shouldn't be getting hit a lot since targets are selected by aggro rather than utility), so it's far more important to focus on healing output and longevity rather than survivability.
