Once you get to lvl 300 in Engineering there is a quest line that you do in winterspring that will give you the skematics for the Tranquil Mechanical Yeti.  on my server it sells for 60g a pop, and only costs 10g-15g  people just buy them up i sell about 3 a day. thats 150g profit
