It is actually 2 addons that work together but make powerleveling insane. The main one is called TomTom. Like the GPS system you can get in your car. If you go to Google and search for "WoW addons tomtom" without the "" it will link you to a site for it.
The one that goes with it is called Lightheaded and usually has a link from the TomTom download. It connects TomTom to WoWhead.com. The benefit of this is you have access to the quest forums right from your quest log. AND when you see any coords hyper linked you can click on them and it will put a green dot on your map showing you exactly where you need to go.
