Do you NEED mining to do engineering?

no u dont need mining but u do need the loot u get from mining. where else u gonna get mats? AH.

at 1st i was a engeneer but not a miner but i was new to the game and could not get anything so if u want to get ur own mats be a miner but if u got  LOTS of money i gues u dont have 2
