Whats best for a druid aldor or scryer? (I am a resto druid)
Also do we need more spirit than +healing or how does that work?

wowwiki has a good comparison page for aldor vs scryer so i'd check that out; though aldor seems to benefit healing specs quite well, if your a resto that may be a very good choice for you.

from a feral perspective, for me it came down to "do i want Arcane or Fire resistance on my tanking gear?"

Other than that the shoulder enchants are about even and idk about aldor but in scryer you get another LW'ing recipe.

Aldor seems to have a decent balance staff

Scryer seems to have some good resto gear too.
(70) Seer's Cane (blue +28 Stam, +46 Int, heal +228 and dmg +76, +10 mana per 5 sec)
(70) Seer's Signet ring (epic +24 Stam, spell cs +12 (0.5%), heal and dmg +34)

I'm feral and plan to go scryer, they have an OK tank necklace avail.
(70) Shattered Sun Pendant of Resolve (epic neck, +48 Stamina, +hit rating by 13 (0.8%), expertise +18 (4.6%) chance to gain +100 expertise for 10 sec (every 40 seconds or so)

According the wikki article, more druids polled choose scryer, but not by much:
