ok idk how to get my first aid level past level 150 where do i go to train for it?

You dont have to buy it expencive from ah u can also go to stormgarde keep in arathi highlands and buy it cheap from a vendor there. When u get to stormgarde keep u just go until u can turn right. after u have turned u just follow the road over a bridge to a pretty green area with lots of plants and when u get in that "room" u just turn right and then he will be there.

you people might wan to add tha most of the time you can talways get it, its like something that has to respawn, i went to get it for the first time, and i couldnt because it wasnt there.
