On a hill in Arathi Highlands close to the elementals,not that far north of the main road.

For those of you that aren't retarded, and prefer specifics....you are looking for Brumm Winterhoof in arathi highlands, at coords 28,45. For those with out coords, its on a hill across the road from stromgarde next to the ogres.
