Im a level 29 resto shamon using a staff (3.00).  What wepbuff should i use rockbiter , flametougne or frost brand. Right now im using frostband so when im getting attack while healing i hit em with staff to slow em down.... with frost shock and earthbind totem. Should i use frostbrand??? why or why not? respond plz

FT is buffed by ur SD...
3.00 is a LITTLE slow but its ok for WF procs.
rock biter is a good option at this lvl to increase ur dps overall and not just rely on luck.
i dunno about FB.

it depends on the fight. RB is what i used to use at the lower lvls for a while even after i got WF coz i didn like to leave it too much to luck.
but i was enhc. so a elemental buff might be better for u i guess.
