The only real difference between this weapon and The Sunbreaker (A sword reward from the same vendor) is the weapon speed, and therefore, the DPS.  Other than that, the stats on these two weapons is exactly the same.

Probably going to go with the two swords myself.  Item is called The Sunbreaker.  Anyone who's fought low level Blood Elves (Like the ones Azuremist) will recognize these swords.  The Sunbreaker has the same sword model that the level 4-5 Blood Elf Scouts on Azuremist carry.
