New spell haste superior gem cuts for patch 2.4, but who sells them?! The shattered sun quartermaster sells some new figurines utilizing the epic hyjal gems, and a new +dodge+stam nightseye, but I can't find the spell haste patterns.

To answer my own question, the faction quartermasters haven't spawned yet - once my realm unlocks the rest of the Sunwell Plateau they will appear and we'll be able to buy from them.
