Ok, not a hard quest. Do as the text says. Go to the rivers in Terrokar. I went to tuurem where no mobs were and just sat on the river. I put on a bobber and fished there for maybe 45 seconds. Caught the blackfin darter on like my 8th cast. coords were 51,28. 1st day for this quest. Simple.
