Great necklace, obviously for rogues, enh shamans, fury warriors, hunters, feral druids etc.

I'll stick with the greater dps I get from Choker of Endless Nightmares on my fury warrior.  Any class that gets greater benefit from agility I'm sure will drool all over this necklace.
