Well the way I see it if you can speak proper, respectable english without any OMFGWTFROTFLMAOUSEEMEPWNNUBS and can hav a real conversation with someone then your mature enough to make friends and be successful in the social part of the game. As for the age range 7-100 =) Thats why WoW is so popular. Age is a state of mind.
