    why does this require 16000+ HP and the insigna 2000? this isnt that much better to hav a 14k increase in hounor

      The added resilience plus a cool down of 2 minutes vs 5 minutes is very often the difference between killing the other player or being killed.  While I would like it to cost less, it is a huge upgrade.
