First check the other posts.  I know there are at least 2 or 3 on here that have good guides for leveling BS to 300.  Also you should be able to make many things out of mithril still.  I'm at 255 and dense grinding stones are still yellow for me and there are several things that are still orange including the radiant items.  buy some recipes and crank out some items.  you will probably have to farm the ore but if you can buy it cheap go for it.  good luck
