If you have a dagger in your MH then you need to get one in your OH as well,and the fastest one you can find goes in your OH to trigger procs and poisons faster.Yes good swords are hard to come by when leveling,good way to help this problem is go to the AH often and look at the swords that are up to 7-10 levels higher than your current level buy the good ones and put them in your bank.Do this and you shouldnt have any problems.As far as mixing Combat and sub at level 27 is NOT a good idea pick one or the other (Combat is a must for leveling purposes)!
