u find Ieidescent pearls in clams from murlocks or turles ITS VERY VERY RARE

go to tarren mill and kill the turtles the drop shells.  Open shells and you will get your pearls, but they don't come up often i would say about grater then 1 in 10

i got 2 of these from killing 5 or 6 of the pirates south of ratchet
