Don't forget, when you leave the area, the device will disappear, whether your departure is intentional or unintentional (running away from a dozen wyrms). You will need to start killing mobs again to get another device if you haven't finished the quest.

As a daily quest, this one is not hard, as long as you don't aggro a bunch of wyrms simultaneously. In addition to the gold, the wyrms drop Apexis shards and motes of mana. Not all bad for 30 minutes' worth of work.

It's a bit of a pain to get the item to phase out but once you do all the mobs you can encounter drop motes of mana so in general this is great for farming that, especially since no one really does this daily anymore so you're not likely to run into opposing players.

Cheap and easy way to get badge of Justices. Drops about 1 in 10 from the shattered suns supplies.

Lots of people try to wait till you go into combat with a mob then they try to take the mana cells. if you are a druid root the mob first then take the mana call. cyclone also works.

After killing about 15 Etherals I was surprised to get the drop from a Bash'in Spell Thief?  Go figure.....

Heck, the quest sends  you in the wrong direction.  It says to go to the Northwest BEM. The landing is North Central BEM.  Perhaps the verbage in the entire quest is hosed?

I got the phase shifter on my first kill.

idk why ppl say the drop rate for that phase thingy is so hard to get i just nuke every mob in the area and i get it 1st - 6th kill easy

I think the quest is bugged, I picked it up two days ago tried doing it today, no drops, however When i abandoned/reaquired the quest, droped on 2nd kill, so perhaps make sure you get the quest same day

Does this quest give you a Badge of Justice everytime you complete it now? I get one everyday from this quest. Seems to be 100%. Can anyone verify that?

I love this daily!  So it's one I do every day.  Don't know if I saw this comment tho but be careful not to die.  If you die you lose the device you need to complete the quest and have to start over to get the device.  You will not use any of the cells you already collected.  I am usually pretty lucky in getting the device in a couple of kills, seems like there is a good drop rate in one area so I go there first.  The one time I died tho it took forever to get another device.  Don't know if that's true for everyone but i already had 8 of the 10 cells and was determined to finish the quest.  Hope this info helps! 

Is it just me, or has the number of phase wyrms around Bash'ir Landing been substantially reduced since the new patch?  The past few days, I haven't had to fight but one or two of them.  Not that I'm complaining, I hate those damnable creatures, it's just a little odd.

EDIT: Okay, so I did a cursory inspection today, and the only phase wyrms I saw were the ones patrolling the area.  There weren't many players in the area, and no corpses either, so I'm wondering if it might be a glitch in the new patch.  I did see one as I was phasing out, but it disappeared almost immediately, almost as if it were between the phased zone and the normal zone.

the phase wurms have been substantially reduced. My cynical mind tells me that it's because of the farming potential of motes of mana and other loot that the multiple, fast-spawning wurms gave out upon death ;P
