Honestly, you're going to update all your gear at lvl 58 when you go to the Outlands anyway.  My suggestion is to run BRD and the Spire till 58.  You might as well do the attunment quest chain for Oxynia (spelling) as that will take a forever (at 70 i still haven't done it).

They both have great gear with Tier 1 dungeon sets that drop for big $.
