I just got this on my Hunter in a pretty late night PuG Kara that I pulled together before the restart. Beat out a Rogue who kept trying to convince me it's not for Hunters.

Listen, this thing is great for:

Enhance Shamans
Ret Paladins
Feral Druids
Rogues
Warriors
Hunters

Basically if you're not a caster, get it.
