Im stuck att 150, and i whant to be more skilld in firstaid.How to do and where to go?

I have the first aid book but need to get training in it (I guess) first aid trainer in IF or SW are not giving me that training.  Where do you go after you have the first aid book to get further training, I'm at level 150 and stuck there.

Go to Brackenwall Village in Dustwallow Marsh.  Buy the first aid book from Balai Lok'Wein.  If you're alliance this won't work, and you are better off just dying anyway.. ;)
