my 70 warrior sucks--i cant beat any player same level, rouges destroy me, warlocks dot me up before i get close--please anyone who knows how to play give me some advice. i have all blue or purple gear-- i am a pro spec warrior, i do NO damage at all-this really stinks

It's BECAUSE you're prot that you have these problems.

I assure you that you will perform 10x better as Arms.

You are a prot warrior. You are not supposed to do damage, you are supposed to stand there and take one helluva beating while others around you burn down your foe. I am a 70 Arms warrior with 2h S1 axe, and I can mow through people. But unlike a prot warrior, I burn as quick as they do so I have to get the jump and DPS like mad. If you want to PvP and hold your own against other players 1 v 1 my best suggestion would be to respec. Tanks are great....if you have a party behind you.

I've seen some monster flag running Prot warriors. Without a bunch of Locks, they can be unstoppable...Like Barry Sanders running the ball on a peewee team.

If you want kills though, Arms is about all you got.

Why locks?

I don't get it. Their CoEx is only 30% and you're immune to fear with Berserk Rage.

Why? Unless you mean mages?

being a warrior is a bad choice for pvp. but if u run more instances as a prot warrior eventually you will get better pvp gear (beter than the kids who grind AV for welfare epics)also use free actions potions. if u have an alchemist friend they cost about 1g in mats, they make u immune to movement impairing effects thus making it easy to crush hunters and most other classes etc.

basically u need to be prot run instances become exalted and earn a fukin ton of badges buy the pvp gear and switch to arms or fury.

im a warrior and i dont stink...if i do its because im up against lvl 29s with a lvl 25 but if its a fair fight i kick their butt...if i have heals and their 29 i still kick their butt...u just gotta do the right thing when u attack...also u would want to do instances for the better armor and weapons to dish out the dmg and take it

To be honest I cant find a place for dps warriors unless MS is needed. They never top damage charts in raids and arent so good in pvp even against warlocks unless there gear is good.

i have a 70 ms warrior with 4/5 veng and s1 weapon i gotta say i beat 99% of players in bg 1v1. seems like you just need some better armor.

A geared warrior with 4/5 is gonna be good in BGs for sure. But lets not get into a geared warrior with a healer....

since I have hit my mid fifties(now at 69) I have seen that I can do a lot more damage in bg and often score at the tops of the list in damage, killing blows and hk, you just have to play to the weaknesses of other classes. example: most classes don't like taking axes to the face, while others seem to enjoy it(other warriors : / ) but with enough practice you can take just about any class with ease, including other warriors.

Prot=only tanking
Arms=burst damage
Fury=most do more overall damage then arms but not as good for pvp

warriors are only good if the person playing them understands what thier enemy class can do (lol some lv 70 trying to fight a hunter by killing the pet)

u need the right gear or you cant ever win

warrior are the most depdent on gear if ur under geared every class is ganna domanate u just the way it is for a warrior sucks huh

must be your gear, ive seen a 70 warrior kite a rogue outside SW loling then turn and 3 shot him when he got bored.

I gotta agree that warroiors do stink because i am a fan of pallys because a level 70 holy paladin could kick a level 70 fury warriors ass
