Clear the route a bit before taking the q. And use your mana only when you really need it.

(1) Bears first. Let the bear agro mobs.
(2) Wait for those two ambushes.
(3) Heal the bear a bit.
(4) Beat up the remaining mobs.
(5) Return the quest.
