Otherwise the only "wasted" point is seal of command. The ret talents spent are good otherwise.
i think u've wasted 7 pts on ur build. Unless ur planning on pvping as prot, in ret gear, i dunno why u would pick up SoC and imp HoJ. Also, PoJ is understandable to pick up if u ever need to get to a aggro'd mob... but ur a pally. Ur taunt is ranged. I really see no real use in those 3 pts in PoJ in anything outside of pvp. Same goes for precision. I see that u didnt put any pts in there... does this mean u will stack +hit on ur gear to compensate for that 3% hit u passed on? 15.77 is the rating required for 1% of hit... this means ud need 47-48 +hit to get that 3% u lose PLUS 8 spl hit for 1% (i think). That means in total, u would have to spend NUMEROUS sockets to pick up the 48 +hit and 24 +spl hit to gain what u lost in not picking up that talent. And to think that ur wasting that many sockets for an additional 15 sec reduction CD amazes me. And as a tank too... double nub status there. If you havnt done so already, go grab some +hit gear/spl hit and test out what +hit does for ur aggro. See what ur TPS is WITH hit and w/o it... you'll see the light eventually, hopefully it'll be soon.

due to the massive magic damage in raids... spell warding over imp HoJ... once you get there. Imp. HoJ until you start tanking t5 content imo. Spell warding for hydross, alar, fathom lord, vashj, kael are all very useful... t6 it becomes even more important.
