When x-muting primals (like primal life to primal earth) as an x-mute master, is there a chance to get any extras or is that just for blue items like primal might and the diamonds?

Any transmute function you do has the possibility of proc'ing up to 5 items. This is true with ANY transmute (diamonds, primals, essences, etc...).
