If you are using crip poisons, this is how i would approach it,

(from stealth)cheap shot, backstab, kidney shot, backstab, rupture, gouge, backstab.

also if your sub specced as i am you could add premed and then a hemo after the cheap shot

You can't gouge after a rupture or the bleed will break the stun...

You can't premed after cheap shot because it requires stealth...

Backstab wouldn't be the best idea for a combo point addition because it takes up so much energy. If you have hemorrhage, that's good because it's low energy, or you can mutilate+seal fate for 3 combo poins for the same energy as one backstab, provided you crit.

But remember.....with talents you can raise your percent crit on a backstab by 30%. So right now, Im at about 56% chance to crit with a backstab which ranges from 2000-2500 on a clothie, vs. a 26% chance to crit with hemo. that ranges from 950-1100. Better use of your energy (60) and % crit chance using backstab.
