according to wowwiki hit rating and crit ratings are equally important, can someone im simple terms shed a little light on that topic for me.

crit rating is uber, coz well, shaman pretty much enrage everytime they go into a crit...

1)Flurry
2)Unleashed rage
3)Focussed Casting
so, yea, its very very important to crit...muhahahaha, plus a crit on WF and ZOMG...the guy is gonna be YELPING!

hmm, hit rating from what i've heard is ok, imp but not ALL that imp...
i mean, the DW enhc shammy with 20 points down the resto tree will have a 3% hit rating bonus, plus his 6% from imp DW...so, that way, we're really cool with hit rating in fact...so leave that kinda gear for the fury and arms warriors i guess?

but yea, i understand why u'd want hit rating, its really annoying going whoosh on a mob/player, tru...
its just the inbuilt mechanics of DW. dont challenge it this much. if we landed every blow and the penalty was removed...then, the shaman would be nerfed outta exsistance...
