this is a fun pvp spec with emphasis on avoiding being an oomkin! This is done by taking 3/3 dreamstate and 3/3 intensity which is in the resto tree, also from the resto tree is 24% for your dots and such to resist despell, and furor not improved mark so that you can quickly use bash if needed.

balance is all about dps and crits so get all the plus dmg talents and plus crit and plus crit dmg talents that u can...
