The tick for me was backing off as i was fighting him, when he ported me back to the middle of the room, quickly bandage as he walked back to me.

I kept Wisdom on him the whole time, and had light on me. Changed my seals between wisdom when i needed mana back up to heal and vengeance to get some dps. Many thanks to the 70 Horde Warrior who stood and watched me fight, and didn't gank me, and gave me a /cheer at the end. No orb, but now i know i can do it, i will keep going back.
