hello, if anyone can help me please... I am lvl 60 and i have the skill of  First Aid in  270/300 i have done the quest with Nissa firestone and the guy in the castle of the quest Triage,so i complete this quest...but i canT learn mor bandages and dont take any1 point to made bandages, so i am stuck in 270 and i cant up the skill...so if anyone know, how i can resolve that problem please help me!!

Simple...go back to the doc in Theramore (I suppose for Horde, go back to whomever gave you the quest to level past 225).  The doc will give you additional training.  I hope you have runecloth saved up.  When you hit 300 you will need the book for master first aid.  You can get it in the auction house or from a vendor in the outlands. 

I am of the Aliance and i go to Theramore and talk to the doctor inside the castle, but he doesnt say to me anything...thanx for your help anyway...

I think,is a problem of the moob...the doctor..
