    u can put it on a twink u just need to have ur main have the piece and a BoE headpiece for ur twink and he puts on the armor patch and u mail it to ur twink

      not that simple, its a mail glitch, when u put the glyph on an item it becomes bound to u so i believe u mail it right when the glyphs done being equipped to the item, never done it so i might be wrong

      Incorrect.    This is a rep based BoP item.  Placing it on a BoE item will bind it to you.
      Unless you're taking advantage of a hack or an exploit, it won't work.  Tried it on my twink.    :(
