    This is a Trinket specifically made for tanks

    +54 defense is a must on a tank.
    +40% healing means a heal of 1000hp will actually be a heal of 1400hp on you.

    Wearer MUST BE lvl 350 Alchemist to wear.

      The +40% only applies to healing potions and mana potions, not all heals. The +40% usage is more suited to mana users, many tanks would rather pop an ironshield pot than a health pot every 2 minutes.
