which is better to start tanking until i can get better?

I looked up these staves on thottbot and have to agree that Staff of Beasts is better.  My question now is, where do you acquire the Staff of Beasts?  thottbot said it was from a quest, but didn't say which quest.  Any help?  Thanks.

Braxxis Staff of Slumber is one of the best tanking staves in the game, mitigation wise (non-epic of course).
The armor/stam is incredible, and be sure to throw an agility enchant on it.

Staff of Beasts on the other hand rocks for kitty DPS. You can get this off the the ring of blood event in Nagrand, near the Laughing Skull ruins. You need to complete all the bosses to get it. Make sure to bring friends.
