Both races are good taurens got their Increased maxium health and warstomp and NEs got Shadowmeld and 1% more dodge chance


I should say Tauren slow leveling but when you get kitty form it's goes like butter

NEs a little bit faster leveling but Kitty with Horns PWN ^^

I think the alliance faction in general levels quicker than horde.  I have characters on each side and seem to level my alliance toons quicker oddly enough.
