    This was totally designed for hunters...atk pwr + haste rating + agi = HUNTER. You are right that it is very good for warriors and ret pallys but it should be no question that hunters get this first.

      I guess the Legendary bow, and all other ranged weapons should be given to Warriors and Rogues right? Since they use them for the stats and NOT the dps like you.

        I believe the point is that in this case a Hunter would get the most of the stats on the weapon, unlike a pally who would mostly get a good weapon speed and min/max damage, whereas with the Legendary Bow the Hunter gets both the most out of the stats AND the most out of using the bow.
