Ok can someone plz ask Velindra how she did it or give positive 100% info on how to put it on your head cause id love to know.
Cause i dont think u can have someone put it on the armor for u that u know while u hold it or if u are able to put it on and then mail it to your twink.
Plz come with some good info on how to put it on your twinks head piece.

She's not a very good twink. Mostly greens, not ENG, no enchants.... blech.

  I saw it on a twink on the rampage group. i unfortunately didnt get thetwinks name as i thought maybe the new glyph had a bug where you could enchant it and it still be BoE since ive never seen a twink with any other glyph. If you know how to pls post
