is this a good build? and should i put points in improved slam and blood frenzy? I'm not sure about anything in this build, so pls give me some information i rlly need it.  I am gonna use swords so thats why i did sword spec. but if thats bad to just say it.

Going swords is not a bad thing.  The possible extra attack is nice to have if that is what you want.  I would ask if you are going to switch stances or just stay in battle stance?  If staying in battle stance then I would take your talent points out of improved intercept because intercept can only be used in berserker stance.
