Is it worth while to make a druid and what makes them so special.

Druid give a lot options/playing styles.  If want to play rouge=cat, tank=bear, healer=tree form, and caster=balance.  I would say if only want to make one character a druid give you the most option/playing style of an class.  Ex. if you make tank and get tried of tanking,  you can change to healer just respec and grap new gear.  It save a lot time lvl a character from 1-70 to experience a different role in group.

The only negative thing i can think for down side on druid is when using any the form you can basic only use 1/3 of your ability at any give time.

Hope it help, and there is no difference in playing horde or alliance druid.  It just work out to which fraction you want to play on more. Ex. Friend on the alliance or horde side, do want to play with them or not.

Druid is by far my favorite class, you can do almost anything! I played a Moonkin to 70, went resto and healed in kara/arena. Then i leveled another feral druid to 70 and tank and do decent cat form dps. Its great for someone who cant decide what they want to do. Druids are the best class in WOW (IMO) and come on, who doesnt want to turn into a bear and eat someones face? Play a druid to level 20 and trust me you wont be disappointed
